Return Policy
Before attempting to return anything, please read below and contact our Customer Service Team at: 800-253-8283 or info@astronautfoods.com.
You may return non-food items (i.e. Astronaut Foods Book) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (i.e. damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:
- ANY FOOD ITEM
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
- Any non-food item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any Item that is not in its original condition: damaged or missing parts.
Please note: The inner paper wrapper on all Astronaut Ice Cream products is slit to facilitate the freeze-drying process. You’ll find the inner-paper-liner slit on every single package of ice cream. The outside pouch, however, should be fully sealed and should not have any slices, punctures, etc. If the outer pouch is not sealed, contact us right away, and do not consume the food inside.
