Our Team
The Astronaut Foods team members all share a similar passion for good food and having fun with space and science.
Ron and Rodney Smith, a father and son team, share ownership responsibilities and continue to inspire the team with fresh ideas and their commitment to success. We have a team of two chefs on staff and a food scientist, who are responsible for recipe development.
When we say family-owned and operated, we really mean it! We are fortunate to have lots of family members on staff, which naturally creates an enjoyable and comfortable work environment. Together, we are all committed to creating a fun, tasty, no-hassle food experience for our customers.
We can't forget to mention the furry, four-legged team members of Astronaut Foods! They do a lot more playing than working, but we love them nonetheless. When visiting Astronaut Foods, it’s likely that you'll be greeted by Luchi, Poppy, Tess, Lady, Marcus, Joni, Munich or Toaster – be warned: they're generous with their kisses.
